You can walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner, but if cooking is your thing, the home has a full kitchen and BBQ. The house has Wifi throughout and satellite TV in both the family room and the rec room. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and take in the amazing views of the Clyde river and the manicured fairways of New Glasgow Hills Golf Club. Wake up to these amazing views in the Master bedroom upstairs as well as 2 bedrooms downstairs. You will not feel like you are in a basement downstairs, as the Rec room has floor to ceiling windows and a walk out to your 1.5 acre waterfront lot. This lot is completely private with no other houses in sight! If you are up for some activity, play some outdoor games on the lot. You can also bring your own, or rent a kayak or SUP board and take in one of the most scenic views in PEI from the water! If you're looking for some friendly competition with your family and friends inside the home, challenge them to cards or one of the board games we have on site. There will be more then enough room at the solid Oak table in the dining room. Downstairs there is also a brand new pool table and dart board if you would like to enjoy those games. The location of this property is ideal if you are looking to explore the Island. Beaches, Golf, Dinning are all within minutes. North Rustico is a small town 7 minutes away that has everything you need (groceries, pharmacy, beer store etc). You will have everything you need and more at the yellow cottage, to make your vacation one you will never forget! Guest access Guest's have access to the entire property - There is an upper and lower garage. The lower level garage and entrance are not intended for guest use. Other things to note High Season Bookings are weekly from Saturday to Saturday - Low Season, 4 night minimum stay. Full week discount available- Please Inquire We recognize we cancelled a guests booking. It was a mistake on our end and the guest was contacted and fully understood. It should be noted that the guest was contacted by phone immediately after they booked and made aware of our mistake. We did no block off the dates from a previous booking.
