Monaco Penthouse is the first luxury high rise in San Pedro La Laguna. We offer a range of apartments with each floor its own private well designed space. Our 5th floor rooftop lounge has a common area with kitchenette, dining and work space but most of all guests will have the most incredible and incomparable views of Lake Atitlan. We look forward to hosting your stay. The space The first floor apartment consists of 2 private bedrooms and one bathroom that is shared between the 2 rooms. The largest room has a king bed. The smallest room has a single bed. There are partial views of the lake. Guest access Guests will have access to their private apartment and balcony. Guest will have access to a shared 5th floor rooftop lounge with kitchen, dinning and co-work space. This space may be closed during rainy season. Other things to note Important Note There is a steep slope from the road to the building. This will be difficult to access if one has issues walking or with babies. -Entry is via an access code. -We do NOT offer to carry your luggage. If you feel you need help, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for someone to come. An extra charge will be charged depending on your luggage. The person will be available until 5:00 p.m. In the town center, there is potential for noise, especially dogs and roosters. We recommend to bring earplugs. On Lake Atitlan there are scheduled and unscheduled power outages. If one needs consistent wifi, we recommend buying. a TIGO sim card for access to hotspot when necessary. Please note the smallest room has a water system enclosed and out of sight but there is a small noise when the water is being filled.
