As Robin Cottage is a relaxing and tranquil 2 bedroom house in the heart of the creekside village of Mylor Bridge. Situated in an AONB this comfortable modern home has local pubs, a butcher, fish monger on its door step plus stunning countryside and coastal walks straight out of the front door. It’s a short walk to the creek for kayaking and sailing. A few minutes by car to Falmouth. Hire a boat from the Harbour, swim at nearby Flushing beach, enjoy free parking and a sunny private garden. Robin Cottage is a sunny south-facing modern two bed cottage with an open-plan lounge/kitchen as well as a TV, sofa and easy chair, dining table, well equipped kitchen, contemporary bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Outside is a patio, BBQ, seating, and raised decking for outdoor eating and private parking space. Rooms are light and bright, and the lounge has a desk and lamp for those working remotely. Wi-Fi delivers super fast broadband. Guest access There is a dedicated private parking space on site for one vehicle. For additional vehicles, free parking is on street. Mylor Bridge is also served by an excellent hourly bus service to Penryn and Falmouth and daily service to Truro. Other things to note Robin Cottage is newly built (2021), it is incredibly well insulated, windows are double glazed and all hot water and heating is run by an air source heat pump outside. The engineered ash floors downstairs have underfloor heating whilst upstairs there are radiators in all the rooms. We have a travel cot available for children (upon request) as well as a box of children's toys downstairs. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the house. No pets are allowed.
