There is a well-equipped kitchen . For entertainment, there’s UK satellite & French TV, Bluetooth speaker and excellent Wi-Fi. .. The upstairs mezzanine has a lovely double bedroom with en-suite bathroom & toilet. This is a lovely, light an airy gite suitable for a couple or a couple with a small child. You'll have your own large private fenced patio and brick-built barbecue. Guest access You will also have use of the shared on-site facilities including the swimming pool and outdoor garden room with dining and barbecue facilities and a fabulous view over the rolling fields below. The open-sided garden room also provides a great shady spot on hot summer days. The 10m x 5m, saltwater swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace offering both sunny and shady areas with lots of space for everybody. You'll have ample space in the garden to relax, read a book or take a nap in the shade. When in season, the fruit from the orchard is available for guests to enjoy. There are adult bicycles available to use (free of charge) should you wish to venture a little further afield with local maps to borrow. Finally, for your convenience, there is a laundry room on-site, separate from the gîte. Here you'll find a washing machine for guest use, with washing powder and conditioner provided. There is also an iron and ironing board. Enjoy free of charge during your stay the fruits and vegetables of our garden which are bountiful during the summer months especially. We also offer you fresh eggs from our hens, homemade jams from our fruit trees along with the odd homemade peach or apple tart. Throughout July and August you can also join Linda in the morning for a gentle wake-up yoga session. Other things to note Extra Bonus - Yoga & Pilates morning classes are available free of charge each morning either in the open-sided garden room or around the pool area. These classes will be conducted by Linda who is an experienced yoga teacher and happy to share this practice with those who are interested. No experience is required for either the yoga or Pilates as all classes will be adapted to suit the needs of the participant(s). So why not start your day with some gentle exercise followed by a dip in the pool and your breakfast on the terrace! We provide all the linen and towels, including pool towels, all of the cleaning materials you’ll need, and all consumables for the dishwasher and washing machine. On arrival, the kitchen will be stocked with some basic staples and a welcome pack to help you get settled. We live on site so are available to help with any particular requests you might have. Our house is separate from your gite so equally you'll have your own privacy. In total, there are 3 gites on site - two 2 bedroomed gites and one 1 bedroomed gite. Each gite has its own private entrance and large patio area.
