Boat launch, Waterfront Park, Beach, Snowmobile Trail, Walking Trails, Restaurants, Pub, Bars, Eletric Car Charging Station, and Shops all within a 1-3 block walk. This is my home, it is decorated with family photos etc. It is homey, cozy, & comfortable. Has everything you should need. Again this is my home, I live here when it is not rented. Please be respectful of locked areas. Cameras are behind all locked doors. Tampering with the locks will result in additional fees to replace them. A Mini Golden Doodle also calls this home when it is not rented. She is hypoallergenic. I do not allow other pets in the home. Guest access Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, & Living Room. There are 13 steps going up to the living space. This is my home, I own multiple properties and stay somewhere else when it is rented. One room is closed off. Please keep out of locked areas.
