The Roost is our bolthole in Melbourne, started as a lockdown project by a renowned heritage builder. It is built on the grounds of the old mail sorting office in the heart of Melbourne, a popular Georgian Derbyshire market town. Brand new for 2023. The space Open plan all-in-one studio, complete with kitchen, living space and bedroom. The bed can be configured to one super king or two singles. Separate bathroom space with shower.
