Welcome to our newly remodeled mountain getaway in downtown Murphys! Just steps from delicious restaurants, boutique shopping, and wine tasting. Enjoy the fully updated interior and relax in the brand-new, fully fenced private backyard with your favorite glass of local wine. Amenities include: hammock, giant chess, corn hole, tons of board games, and ample outdoor dining space. Day trip to Yosemite, Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, Big Trees National Park, Mercer Caverns, Ironstone, etc! The space Stunning and serene, this mountain retreat is the perfect location to enjoy a weekend away. It's just steps away from main street and one of the nicest AirBnBs in town. Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): California King Bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a spacious dresser and closet. Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Queen Bed. This bedroom has a sliding door that opens into the den (shown with the green velvet couch in pictures). The sliding door can remain open to create a large private suite (great for reading a book with a view of the backyard, or a quiet place to work.) Alternatively, the slider can close for complete privacy. This bedroom also has a spacious dresser, closet, and tv. Den (Downstairs): Queen-sized Sleeper Sofa. The den can be closed off from both the living room and from bedroom #2 via sliding doors. If being utilized as a third bedroom, you must walk through the den to access Bedroom #2. The den also enjoys direct access to the backyard. Loft (Upstairs): Desk with office chair. Rocking chair for a cozy reading nook. Bathroom 1 (Upstairs): Ensuite to Bedroom #1 (shower) Bathroom 2 (Downstairs): Shower/Tub Kitchen / Dining Area: Fully appointed and open to the living room and dining area. The kitchen is small but the space is well utilized. The kitchen island has seating for 3, and directly behind it is a 4-top dining table. Living Room: The living room is the heart of the home, connecting to both the kitchen, dining area, and access to upstairs. Enjoy lofted ceilings, tons of natural light, and a beautiful view of the freshly landscaped front yard. There is a large tv in the living room where you can connect your favorite streaming service account(s.) There is also a record player, a console full of boards games, and a small collection of books and toys for young children. Enjoy a game of cribbage and glass of wine while spending a cozy weekend in the mountains! Backyard: Beautifully landscaped and private. The backyard is accessible via the den, garage, and side yard. Fully fenced. There is a picnic table with benches, as well as a 4 top glass dining table. Lay under the stars in the hammock or partake in a game of giant chess or corn hole! Other things to note Please note that we have a strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy. We also do not allow parties or events of any kind. All names and ages of occupants (maximum of 5) must be provided at time of booking. No visitors are allowed on property, unless agreed to in advance and in writing by the owner. Any overnight guests above the declared guest count will result in instant no refund cancellation and/or payment of $200 a night per additional guest at host discretion. Any violation of our no-smoking or no-pets on property policies will result in a fine of $500+ any additional cleaning costs, as well as instant no refund cancellation. Ultimately we're looking for respectful guests as we've put a ton of time and care into creating a special mountain destination that we're excited to share with you!
