Y Wenallt is situated in the peaceful, rural village of Pandy Tudur on the edge of Eryri/ Snowdonia National Park. Perched on a hilltop, the house and garden has sweeping views of the picturesque village, overlooking the Afon Derfyn valley below and the agricultural fields and mountain range above. The house is well located, making it an ideal base to explore the surrounding area. It is 15 minutes from Llanrwst, 20 minutes from Betws y Coed and 30 minutes to Yr Wyddfa &/or the coast. The space The property is a three bedroom house with two double bedrooms and one twin room. This single storey house has a spacious lounge with an open fire, kitchen, dining space, utility room, bathroom and garage. The original 70s kitchen is fully equipped and includes an Aga which is on in the Winter months only. The utility room next door, includes further cooking facilities and leads out to a garage with a ping pong table and ample space for bike storage. Activities Not only are you a short drive away from all of Snowdonia's top attractions, such as Zip World, there are plenty of famous cycling and walking routes on your doorstep. The house is situated in the middle of the Holyhead to Bardsey Island North Wales Pilgrim's way and the Beaumaris-Wrexham Tour of Britain 2015 cycling route. Guest access Guests have access to all spaces and facilities Other things to note Up to two dogs are welcome. However we do ask for an additional pet fee to cover the additional cleaning cost.
