With beautiful nature walks straight from the door, Dorset’s finest beaches within easy reach and many great restaurants and pubs within walking distance along the romantic river path, this is a place where you can make your holiday whatever you want it to be. The space As you arrive you will see the stunning 3 mile views over to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck ridge from the front of the property. From the off road private parking you’ll walk up a few steps to the enclosed porch with bench, boot rack and floor mat. Through into the entrance hall you’ll find the coast and countryside are celebrated in the decor, with living plants to add a sense of wellbeing to the space. The kitchen with far reaching views, was fully renovated in 2022 and has everything you need to make hearty meals. The bathroom was renovated in 2023 and contains a bath as well as a separate shower cubicle. The double bedroom has lovely views through French doors into the private rear garden. In the rear garden you’ll find a sun trap for both morning and evening sun. A terrace with 2 sun loungers to relax in comfort and on a separate deck area; a dining table with chairs. Through to the living room here you will see the far reaching views and can sit and enjoy playing the piano or just relaxing on the sofa. From the living room you can access the conservatory where the views really are something beautiful to enjoy. Here you will find a rocking chair, wicker chair and yoga mats for your use. Guest access You have access to the enclosed porch, hallway, one bathroom, one bedroom, kitchen, living room and conservatory. The front and back garden and all these areas are for your use. The loft space, and 2 other rooms as well as one cabinet in the living room; are private and locked. Do not attempt to open these spaces, thank you.
