clean and neat ground floor apartment in a small owner-occupied art deco strata block in close walking distance to shops (aldi coles woollies, restaurants, coffee shops, retail), amenities (parks, playgrounds, running tracks, gyms) and public transport (buses and light rail network). there is a large privately-shared communal traditional aussie backyard with hill's hoists and the neighbourhood dog/s. a friendly garden community. easy access to the city, the parks, the race-track and the beach. The space the unit is on the ground floor and is on one level throughout. most of the furniture has been specifically selected and some items are heirlooms. the furnishings are not fancy. they are functional and used. all appliances are operational. nothing is broken. The walls and ceilings are clean and white. Guest access all rooms are accessible. Other things to note the unit has double-glazed windows (being close to a main road): alum sliders on the inside and steel on the outside. please operate the soft brass handles of the heritage windows with care.
