The Smiddy is a charming, chocolate-box cottage overlooking the beautiful Exmoor countryside. Set within the peaceful West Hollowcombe Farm estate, it offers a perfect balance of comfort and nature. Wake to mist rolling through the valley, spot wild red deer in the surrounding woodland and enjoy spectacular starry skies — a truly magical Exmoor escape. The space Smiddy is a beautifully renovated cottage sleeping up to four guests. It features a flexible double bedroom (which can be set as twins on request) and a charming curtained mezzanine with an additional double bed. Outside, enjoy a private terrace with seating and BBQ overlooking the Hollowcombe valley, while the cosy log burner provides the perfect welcome after a day exploring Exmoor. Guest access You are most welcome to enjoy the facilities across our farm including access to our private ancient woodland, wild river, stunning farmland and world's best kids playground. Other things to note Both beds are set up as a double. However, the downstairs king can be made into a twin upon prior arrangement. Ask about cots & highchairs if appropriate.
