There are no protective screens for children on the stairs or windows. Structure and Amenities: Barbecue grill on the balcony of the house. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, electric sandwich maker, utensils and pots. Large living room, perfect for socializing. Private outdoor area for relaxation. Condominium with swimming pools, sports courts, bike path, playgrounds and game room (for those over 18 years old). The maximum limit is 10 guests, even if they are not present in the house at the same time. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine. 🚫 Condominium Rules By internal rules of the condominium, the entry or use of electric scooters, jet skis or any type of trailer is not allowed. Any behavior that causes disturbance, excessive noise or disrespect for the rules of coexistence is also prohibited. ⚠️ Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine to the guest, as provided for in the condominium bylaws. Our space is geared towards rest, family leisure and tranquility. Thank you for respecting the rules and contributing to a pleasant environment for everyone. 🌿 Guest access The house is located in a condominium with a complete resort structure, offering swimming pools, sports courts, bike paths, game rooms, playgrounds, and much more. The Aldeia dos Reis condominium is located on the Costa Verde, in the Sahy neighborhood, in Mangaratiba/RJ. The condominium club is available for use by up to 10 guests of the house, upon prior registration. Leisure areas include swimming pools, courts, bike paths, playgrounds and a game room (the latter exclusively for those over 18). For access, the person responsible for the reservation must fill out a registration form with the details of all guests and the vehicle, in addition to sending a copy of the identity document before the day of check-in. Other things to note In the light consumption is charged separately, according to the watch record. This is done as a way to encourage guests to avoid wasting light. On the day of check in and on the day of check out, the value recorded by the clock is noted. The guest will only pay for the consumption of the period of the stay. The rate charged is approximately R$1.50/kwh. An average consumption of the house, with conscious use of light, is 15 to 30 kwh per day (which would be between R$21.00 and R$44.00 per day). The payment of light consumption is made on the day of check out. If guests are interested, it is possible to hire extra housekeeping. The house will be delivered clean, but if during the stay guests want extra cleaning, it is possible to hire the housekeeper (payment will be made directly to her on site). Guests must bring their own bedding, pillows and towels.
