Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. Newly refurbished, comfortable annex with its own access, parking and a small garden. A full continental breakfast of fruit juice, choice of cereal, yoghurt with compote and fresh local bread with jam or marmalade is included for the first night but there is sufficient food to last several. Located on a quiet 'no through' road opposite fields The space Although this is a new venture we previously ran a very successful B&B in Exmoor National Park for 6 years, prior to moving to Aylsham. A private front door opens in to a breakfast area with kettle, toaster, microwave, silent fridge, and sink. The bed/sitting room contains a super-comfy kingsize bed, large Knowle sofa, television and clothes hanging space. The bay windows looks across the front garden to the fields opposite with a footpath down to the river. The bathroom has a large step-in shower, basin , wc and heated towel rail. Continental breakfast is included for the first night but there is sufficient food to last longer. We accept one well-behaved adult dog at a cost of £15 but no other pets. Guest access Guests have private access to all areas of the annex and their own section of the garden, which isn't enclosed.
