Sleeping arrangements This serene studio accommodates up to 4 guests and is thoughtfully arranged with two king beds. Room-darkening shades help ensure restful nights, while cotton linens, closet storage, and hangers keep your stay comfortable and organized. The single-level layout - with no stairs in the home - makes it easy to move throughout the space. Bathroom The full bathroom offers a stand-up shower, and double vanity. Bathroom essentials are provided, so you can refresh and unwind after a day exploring San Juan or enjoying the nearby water. Kitchen & dining While there is no full kitchen, the space includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and wine glasses for easy mornings and light bites. Sip coffee beside the balcony doors with views stretching across the lagoon, or enjoy a simple meal before heading out to explore Paseo Caribe and Old San Juan. Work & connectivity High-speed Wifi, an Ethernet connection, make this studio well-suited for remote work or longer stays. Resort amenities & building features Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, open specific hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM - a shared hot tub, and a shared gym in building. Sun loungers invite you to relax outdoors. The building includes elevator access, 24-hour security, self check-in with a keypad, and paid parking on premises as well as paid parking lot off premises. Guest access Guests will have full access to the studio apartment and all its amenities. Enjoy full access to community amenities, including the private pool, hot tub, and fitness center exclusively for Villas guests. The complex also offers concierge services. Check-in is easy and seamless! Guests will need to provide an ID at reception for security purposes. Other things to note Parking (NOT INCLUDED): Available for $10/night at the Normandy Parking Lot. Also available for $35/night at the Caribe Hilton Garage. We provide: Basic toiletries, dish soap, dish sponge, and paper goods. 2 towels per guest. Guests should purchase additional supplies for longer stays. ID Requirement: All guests MUST present valid identification for check-in. Please bring ID for each guest! This is mandatory for the check-in process. Backup Utilities: The villa is equipped with a generator and water tank to ensure uninterrupted service during any power or water interruptions.
