The house is within a walking distance from the Grand Canyon University and 14 min to Downtown Phoenix. We took time to remodel the house to provide a convenient place for our guests. The property has three bedrooms and two baths. The main bedroom includes a king bed, the second bedroom has two full beds, and the third has two twin beds—the kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances in the market.
