It sits above our detached 3 car garage with a private entrance into the unit. This space comes with a built in bar, kitchenette, full sized bathroom, pull out sofa. Guest will have access to a shared fenced in yard, perfect for a furry companion. This place is quiet and cozy, a perfect place to enjoy your stay while traveling! 700 sq ft unit. Features a queen size bed along with a pull-out queen sofa bed. Full sized bathroom attached. Kitchenette with built in bar. Clothes rack and steamer along with a dresser to store clothes. Full size body mirror. TV with Roku. Please note there are 20 steps leading up to the unit. Guest will have access to a fenced in back yard, 1 animal is allowed. There is a $50 pet fee. Guest will have 1 pull in garage space with clear access and private entrance into the unit. This unit does not have a washer/dryer unit, our local laundry mat is 6 minutes away! Guess will have access to one garage space for parking. Private entrance into the 700 sq ft unit. While in the unit we ask that you do not enter the locked doors on the side of each wall, as they lead into attic space (these doors stay locked).
