The space Revered guests, let our exposition commence with what you absolutely must know before selecting Domus Phoenix: I. The cleaning fee of €65 is not included in the rent paid on Airbnb. It shall be settled upon arrival to the person preparing Domus Phoenix for your stay. II. The check-in doors shall be closed at nine post meridiem (9:00 PM). Check-in is still possible after this time for a fee of €25 per person to await your arrival during the nighttime. DOMUS PHOENIX Our vacation home has been adorned with elegance and sophistication to accurately replicate the atmosphere of a true Roman domus, offering the utmost in comfort and luxury. Your vacation shall become a journey back in time, where you may live as true ancient Romans, enjoying the hospitality and traditions of the era. VESTIBULUS Make yourselves comfortable in the first room, the VESTIBULUS of the Domus. Here, you may sit at the marble dining table and enjoy delicious meals cooked in the convenient kitchen complete with an oven, microwave, induction cooktops, washing machine/dryer, and dishwasher. HALL OF THE GODDESSES Pass through the grand door framed in marble and make your entrance into the central room of Domus Phoenix, the Hall of the Goddesses! On the walls, you may admire magnificent copies of frescoes depicting Diana, Flora, Medea, and Leda, perfect reproductions of those found in a cubicle of the Villa of Arianna in Castellammare di Stabia. The room is furnished with two triclinia, upon which you may recline and converse amicably while sipping a beverage or enjoying a morsel. The luminous and welcoming environment is tastefully and elegantly furnished, ensuring maximum comfort for our guests. The warmth of the blankets and the softness of the pillows, along with the serene and relaxing atmosphere, make the Hall of the Goddesses an ideal place to spend restful and rejuvenating nights, enlivened by the sweetness of sleep and the beauty of conversation. CHIMERA ROOM The final room of Domus Phoenix takes its name from the majestic red painting dominating the front wall, depicting a maenad offering wine to a chimera. The room is equipped with an enormous Smart TV and a practical built-in wardrobe, exuding an atmosphere of refined elegance and sophisticated sobriety. At the center stands an imposing inlaid wooden bed, whose exquisite linen and soft comforter invite rest and tranquility. A large window affords a view of the beauty of San Giovanni in Laterano Square, illuminating the room with a warm and enveloping light. Just beside the window, a suggestive and mysterious fresco depicting the abduction of Proserpina stands out, masterfully painted with attention to detail. The room is served by an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest access The entire Domus and all its amenities shall be exclusively at your disposal.
