We want to rent out our cozy house to families who want to come on holiday to Sørlandet. Beautiful patio for adults and children around the house. The house is shielded with its own exit from the patio to the courtyard and road. Lawn for playing, playing ball or setting up a play tent. Trampoline in the garden. Good sun conditions with sun from 7 am - 10:30 pm. Also shady patios under the roof and under the tree in the garden. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic in a cul-de-sac. Short distance to swimming areas, the city and the zoo. The space The house of 180m2 is of a good standard. Five bedrooms with a total of sleeping space for 9-10 people. Four bedrooms on the 2nd floor with large bathroom with shower and bathtub. One bedroom with attached bathroom on the 1st floor, and separate toilet. Open living room and kitchen solution on the 1st floor with a total of two exits to the terrace and garden. Dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, coffee machine, stove and oven. The garage can be used if desired with charging space for electric car and four bicycles, three adult/youth size and a children's bicycle approx. 7-10 years. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for the basement storage room. Other things to note Rented primarily to families with children. No smoking, pets or parties allowed. The landlord provides duvets and pillows, while bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant.
