The space Red Pine is situated on the shore of beautiful Lake Vermilion. The great room, with vaulted beam ceiling, massive stone gas fireplace, 75" smart TV for streaming, beverage center, and wall of windows showing off an amazing lake view provides plenty of space and unbeatable surroundings for your larger group. Full kitchen has dishwasher, granite countertops and island. Additional large refrigerator is located in the lower level. Charcoal grill is available outside. Enjoy meals in the screened, three-season porch or on the covered, lakefront, wraparound deck. Lower level family room/recreation room, with walk-out to the patio and lawn, allows larger groups to spread out. Enjoy a 55" smart TV for streaming and large, stone, gas fireplace. Futon couch offers additional sleeping space. Red Pine Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 people, with room for 2 more in the summer bunk house. Three of Red Pine's four bedrooms are suites, fourth offers in-room vanity with sink, and fifth is the summer bunkhouse: (1) Main floor master bedroom has walk-in closet, king bed and futon chair that converts to twin-sized bed, and ensuite bath with shower and granite vanity (2) Second main floor bedroom has vanity with a sink, queen bed, closet, and access to guest bathroom with shower, also on that floor. (3) Lower level lake view suite has queen bed and futon chair that converts to twin-sized bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower and granite vanity. (4) Lower level large suite has queen bed and two twin beds, closet, and ensuite bath with shower and double-sink granite vanity. (5) Adorable bunkhouse, without plumbing or heat, is available to sleep two in summer months. Laundry room is conveniently located in the lower level. Outside, you'll enjoy a flat lawn, perfect for games, and a lakeside patio with a fire pit. Two docks with electric provide easy access to your Pehrson Lodge rental boat or your personal boat. Guest access Enjoy the entire home, summer bunkhouse, patio, yard and docks, as well as all of the amenities provided at Pehrson Lodge Resort, less than a mile down the shore. Garages at Red Pine property are not included in the rental. Other things to note You will be considered a Pehrson Lodge guest - invited to participate fully in all activities and enjoy all amenities.
