Germantown Gem Private Room

Right in the heart of historic Germantown neighborhood of Louisville, this private room is perfect for a visit to the city. Many great restaurants, vintage shops, local bars, and breweries are located less than 3 blocks away. 1 mile to highlands neighborhood, 2 miles to downtown, 2 miles from Churchill Downs! Free Parking is available on the street right out front, and if needed I have a private driveway in the back for use as well. Come enjoy my space! The space Private Bedroom is located on first floor in the back of house. Private bathroom is right next door in the same hallway and backyard entrance is also right there. There is about 10 restaurants/bars all within walking distance from the house and an excellent coffee shop (bean) which is only blocks away to walk to as well. Ask me for recommendations! Guest access Guests will have private room and private bathroom and are welcome to share the living room/kitchen with me as I live in the home full time. During your stay Like I said, I currently live in the house and work from home most days, but if you need space or privacy you can use your room, I will never bother you in your private room. If you need extra work space you can use my desk/monitor. Other things to note My two greyhounds Whiskey & Shelby will be here, but are VERY friendly and is super quiet, can keep away if needed.
