The historic charm has been preserved and complemented with modern amenities such as underfloor heating. The apartment is fully furnished with a lot of love for detail and very high-quality materials and furniture. The large living and dining room with fireplace invites you to cook and linger. The custom-made kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee machine, large fridge and dishwasher. The two bedrooms are furnished with large oak double beds and handmade details such as iron clothes rails and fitted wardrobes. In the large bedroom there is an extra sofa bed and a large desk for working. The spacious hallway is bright and offers additional seating. In the newly renovated bathrooms with high-quality furnishings there is a washer/dryer. The apartment has two large terraces with a seating lounge, dining table and grill. From the adjoining garden with fruit trees you have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains.
