Rata Karaka Bach on the Estuary

Relax and unwind at this wonderfully inviting well appointed two bedroom Bach across the road from the crystal clear waters of the Ngunguru Estuary. Stunning views of the estuary out the front and mountain ranges out the back with the added bonus of river access from the spacious back yard. Enjoy a morning cuppa or evening meal on the large rear patio overlooking the rear garden. Only a minutes walk to the local cafe, dairy, takeaways or the Estuary Bistro restaurant at the sports complex. The space The Bach has a lovely spacious open plan kitchen, dinning, living, lounge area kept cozy with a good sized heat pump / air conditioning unit. The kitchen and living area opens out onto a generous sized patio / outdoor space at the back of the property, perfect for evening dining. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a seperate bath and shower, as well as a laundry and an study nook with office desk. The Bach is located on a large section with loads of space for kids to play. The outdoor patio space is equipped with a 6 place outdoor table and chairs, a Weber BBQ, a large outdoor umbrella and a bench seat for extra seating if needed. The bedding consists of a queen bed in the front bedroom, 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, and in the rear of the open plan living area there is a sofa bed which folds out to a double bed. Heaters and cooling fans are available for the bedrooms. Guest access Guests are free to use the entire property except for a locked storage cupboard and the garage. You’re also welcome to help yourselves to seasonal fruit from the fruit trees in the back yard. Other things to note Please note there is a dryer available for guests use at a cost of $5 per load. Payment will be requested via Airbnb based on usage. There is no charge for the use of the washing machine.
