Our guests enjoy our apartments which have everything you need to enjoy your stay in Puerto Rico. Beach chairs and towels, Shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, sun screen, and bug spray. Our is unique in all of its design elements including an 18.5 foot long balcony facing the ocean and Ashford Avenue. Kitchen is fully stacked with everything you'll need to prepare any meal. Guest access Guests must be 25 years old and above. As a guest of our unit in the Ashford Imperial you'll have access to all common areas including an amazing pool, jacuzzi, laundry room, lobby, library, and gym. Building has 24 hour security and guest access building with security key fob provided. Other things to note Check in is 3:00 pm and Check out is 11:00 am. No Smoking apartment. No frying in unit. Guests are required to be dressed/covered when in common areas ( lobby and elevators). Guests are not permitted to walk in and out of building and use elevators without a shirt or coverup on. Photo ID required of all guests for check in.
