Our top-floor guest rooms offer a relaxed and comfortable setting for commuters, freelancers, contractors, and workers finding themselves in Worthing. When booking, kindly share a few lines about your trip. It is a family home, so we need to know a little about who is staying. The space The North Room is our big, luxury guest room, with sea views. This large, light, relaxing room offers a place of calm 60 seconds from the beach. Every guest starts their stay with ‘wow!’ Set in a private area on the top floor of a family home, this room is the perfect hideaway for people landing in Worthing for work or rest. We are the first choice for contractors or freelancers working at the hospital, theatres, Worthing’s factories and shops or as a convenient base to get to Brighton, the South Downs or the West Sussex coast. And borrow one of our many books on walks, things-to-do and local history in Worthing and wider Sussex. Guest access The booking comes with access to a large bedroom on the top floor and a private bathroom. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and you have access to another room with a fridge and a light breakfast (let us know of any preferences or allergies when booking). IMPORTANT: Access to the rest of the house, kitchen or family spaces is not included. During your stay We are a busy, lively family at work and school full-time. But we love having guests to stay and we are proud hosts. We will give you all the space you need, but we hope to hear your story and tell you any information you need about the local area. Other things to note You will be given a key so that you can come and go freely, but we generally work from home, so there tends to be someone around to provide help or information if needed. We will cover any parking costs between check-in and check-out by providing a digital permit for you car. If you are driving, please let us know your registration number. PLEASE NOTE: we do secure the front doors at midnight, so we ask guests to be back at night by then.
