The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request. The space This is an apartment with a comfortable fold-away bed (LED lighting, high-quality mattresses), which can be completely folded up with bedding and thus creates a lot of living space during the day. A kitchenette with a dining table for four people is available; the kitchen is very well equipped (filled automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle….). There is a comfortable couch with stools and blankets as well as a smart TV; also a closet with books and board games. Storage options for clothing are available in the closet as well as on hangers and wardrobe. The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower and an LED mirror. A hairdryer is available. Guest access The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom and is fully usable. There is no connection to the main house. In front of the entrance of the apartment is a seating area overlooking the Sund. The other outdoor area (garden, terrace, playground) is private.
