Cozy apartment with a view of the sun

The small guest apartment in the The ground floor of our single-family home is in a prime location in Stralsund with a view of the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct access to the Baltic Sea coastal cycle path. It is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette, including a dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the cabinet bed, which can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request. The space This is an apartment with a comfortable wall bed (LED lighting, high-quality mattresses) that can be completely folded up with bedding, thus creating a lot of living space during the day. There is a kitchenette with a dining table for four people; the kitchen is very well equipped (stocked automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle...). There is a comfortable couch with ottomans and blankets, as well as a smart TV; there is also a cabinet with books and board games. Storage options for clothing are available in the closet as well as on hangers and in the wardrobe. The daylight-filled bathroom has a walk-in shower and an LED mirror. A hairdryer is available. Guest access The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom and is fully usable. There is no connection to the main house. In front of the entrance of the apartment is a seating area overlooking the Sund. The other outdoor area (garden, terrace, playground) is private.
