Package (3 Internal Suites House+3 External Suites)

The Listing entitles you to rent 3 identical Internal Suites with 1 king size bed and 2 single beds in each of them + 3 external suites with 1 double bed and 1 single bed in each, totaling a maximum of 20 people. The other 10 External Suites are NOT included in the package and will be open for rental to other guests. To make the entire space PRIVATE, chat directly with the owner. Any extra guests over these 20 will be charged per head! The space The Helvetia Polo Villa Shared House has a charming and romantic landscape in the midst of nature located in Indaiatuba, it has a spectacular country house, fully furnished and decorated, with 16 complete suites, 3 internal suites in the main house and 13 external suites in the complex next to the house, all with Air Conditioning, Minibar, Smart TV, Ceiling Fan, Wi-Fi, accessories and bedding set such as pillows, duvet, sheet and bath towels available inside each suite. Outside, we have a swimming pool of more than 100,000 liters, as well as sun loungers, chairs and outdoor tables to relax and sunbathe. We also have a Multi-sport Court with Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball and American Football balls available for use, 2 Barbecue Grills equipped with all the necessary household utensils for preparing your barbecue, such as grills, skewers, knives, etc. Games room (Pool Table, Foosball Table, 2 Electronic Basketball Tables just like at the Mall), Steam Sauna, 3 Hammocks and much more! The residence is located at the end of the cul-de-sac Estrada do Brejal, next to the Toquinha Polo Field. 200 meters from the property is an Ipiranga gas station, where the Amgarten Emporium is located, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Also nearby is the Polo Market, 100 meters from the property, and 1 km ahead is the Flamboyant Polo Field, famous for its international polo games. The property is 16 minutes (7 km) away from Viracopos Airport and 15 minutes (6 km) away from downtown. Guest access The Guest will have access to the entire outdoor area and the number of rooms they have rented, each additional room will be subject to the owner's approval and payment for each suite added. We have parking in the back of the house, accommodating more than 9 vehicles easily so guests can relax without worrying about the safety of their vehicles. Other things to note *External Suites will be open for rentals to other guests. To make the entire space private, there is an additional fee per night. *If any of the 3 suites in The Helvetia Polo Villa (Main House Suite) listing are already rented on the same date of your interest, the House Package will not be available for rent on the same date. *For events and parties, an additional fee will be charged according to the number of people in addition to those already booked. *Birthday Parties, Weddings, Corporate Events, among others (MAX 70 PEOPLE) *Amounts to be agreed directly with the owner.
