The top floor is the apartment area, a private and calm space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a great city view. This place is prepared to give you a high quality experience in a premium location. Welcome! The space The apartment is located in an exclusive zone, near the town center. The location offers a calm stay with impressive views, placed inside an artsy space that gives a unique experience. Other things to note ★ The living room is sometimes set for photoshoots, but the space is large and can be divided. If preferred, the guest can use the office space instead of living room for working. ★ We have 2 beautiful Sphynx cats that meander the apartment. They are very friendly and are hairless. ★ There is parking space for medium and small cars. ★ The cleaning lady and the house keeper both live in rooms next to the apartment, so it is important to bear in mind that they will be cleaning and taking care of the space, plants, etc.
