Guests can slow down and unwind in homes built around the forest, which are only a 10-minute drive away from the shores and the central business district of Subic Bay. The space Sunridge Subic F is fully air-conditioned and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. Sunridge Subic F is a 10-minute drive from the Central Business District of Subic Bay, where restaurants, a shopping mall, and other commercial establishments are located. If you want to explore the nearby tourist spots, All Hands Beach Resort and Acea Beach Resort are only a 10-minute drive away, while Ocean Adventure, Zoobic Safari, and Camayan Beach Resort are a 25-minute drive from Sunridge Subic F. Guest access Sunridge Subic F is located inside a private village inside Subic Bay Freeport Zone. It has its own parking area that can accommodate up to 1 SUV. The property is self-check-in. Standard check-in time is from 4:00 pm onwards. Standard check-out time is by 1:00 pm. Earlier check-in and later check-out are possible upon request, depending on availability and if there are no guests staying before or after your booking. Instructions and directions to the property will be provided before your arrival. HOUSE RULES 1. Please treat our home with care and respect. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. 3. Please be respectful of neighboring homes. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. 4. Please do not leave trash outside the house, as monkeys will surely pick through the garbage. 5. Please understand that any missing or damaged items will be reported and may be charged to your account. 6. Please turn off all air conditioners whenever you leave the property. 7. Please do not park in the neighbor’s parking space and please do not block their driveway. Please treat Sunridge Subic F with care and keep it clean during your stay. We provide each guest with one bath towel for the duration of their stay. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided. Our beds are covered with hotel-grade white cotton linens, including duvets with duvet covers. Our linens are fresh and clean for every booking. If you stay with us for longer than 3 nights, we will change your linens on the 4th day. Other things to note Special perks that come with your booking include the option to avail of a Private Speedboat Tour and access to Anvaya Cove Beach & Nature Club and Anvaya Cove Golf Club. PRIVATE SPEEDBOAT TOUR • PHP 4,000 per person • A minimum of 8 persons is required to avail of the tour, with a maximum of 12 persons • The tour lasts a maximum of 4 hours • The tour must be booked at least 3 days before your arrival • The speedboat tour includes stopovers near Grande Island, Triboa Bay, or at Silanguin Cove • The tour is subject to weather conditions ANVAYA COVE BEACH & NATURE CLUB Non-member guests who wish to access Anvaya Beach & Nature Club must pay additional fees as follows: [Weekday Guest Fee] • PHP 1,500 per person per day [Weekend/Holidays/Peak Season Guest Fee] • PHP 2,000 per person per day Guest fees must be paid directly to us prior to your arrival via bank transfer. Guest fees are the same for all ages. Guest fees will cover access to the following: • Beach • Cabanas & Lounges • Beachside Pools • Kids' Club • Sports Club • Spa (all treatments will incur additional charges and will be for your account) • Club Restaurants (all orders will incur additional charges and will be for your account) • Water Activities (all activities will incur additional charges and will be for your account) ANVAYA COVE GOLF CLUB Non-member guests who wish to access Anvaya Golf & Sports Club must pay additional fees as follows: [Green Fee & Golf Cart] • PHP 6,500 per player for Filipino citizens or foreign residents • PHP 10,500 per player for foreigners Green fee & golf cart must be paid directly to us prior to your arrival via bank transfer [Caddie Fee] • PHP 700, to be paid directly to the caddie [Driving Range] • PHP 60 per bucket (40 balls per bucket) Please note that for other expenses such as food & drinks, Anvaya Golf Course only accepts credit card or online payment (GCash).
