Late checkout available upon request. Someplace Else is your perfect lakeside getaway in Bonnie Doon overlooking Lake Eildon and close to the Bonnie Doon Hotel and boat ramps. In Summer, enjoy the close proximity to Lake Eildon for all your water activities including swimming, boating and fishing. Lake levels can vary. In Winter, enjoy the cosy fire as you end your day at Mt Buller. The Great Victorian Rail Trail is an easy roll down the hill on foot or bike. The space The ideal set up for multiple families or couples, our home has four bedrooms, the master with an ensuite and walk-in robe. We have a bunk room plus portacot and highchair. Our open-plan living, dining and kitchen has spectacular views across Lake Eildon and the surrounding bushland. We have a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry. We have an outdoor games room where guests can play pool, table tennis, foosball and darts. Guests enjoy lounging on our daybed overlooking Lake Eildon and watching the sunset. We are a quick drive to the Maintongoon Road and Hutchinsons Road boat ramps and 15 minutes to Mansfield. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, except for a couple of locked cupboards and the garage. The carport is available for guests to use where you will find the BBQ, pool table, table tennis table and outdoor entertainment. We are located on 16 acres for guests to roam; however, vehicles should remain on our driveway and carpark only. Other things to note Our property is home to an abundant wildlife. Be sure to look out for kangaroos, wombats, echidnas and rabbits. We also have an array of native birds that are a delight to watch.
