Grocery shopping, laundry services and small stores (Oxxo, 7/11) are found within 1 block radius from the condo. The closest beaches are Martina beach and Coco beach, at 700 mts (0.4 mile) from the apartment. Other things to note PARKING: The building's garage has free spaces that are not assigned, their use is on a first-comes, first-serves basis. You can use any free space you find. It is possible that at some point you will arrive and not find a space. In that case, the vehicle can be left outside for a while until there is a space available. Parking on the street is paid for cars, with parking meters found nearby. However, there are not many vehicles in the building and most of the time you will find parking available.
