Our refreshed home provides a perfect stay for a couple, or a small family. Surrounded by a nature preserve, this quiet property shares only one border with neighbors. Find tranquility on our large deck or enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to the East end of Cambria's Main Street. We are not investors of any kind- we are a small family offering our home for you to enjoy the quaint town of Cambria. The space The main living space is open-concept flowing easily into a spacious kitchen. Off the front of the main living space is a secondary room/office with a twin-size day bed, and large desk. At the other end of the home, the master bedroom features a California King bed with views of the backyard and hillside. The bathroom includes a double vanity and spacious tub/shower, with uninterrupted views of the backyard, and a separate/private toilet room. Both rooms and bathroom open up to a large deck expanding the length of the home and overlooking a large yard which backs up to a nature preserve. Guest access The entire property. Other things to note RULES/CHECKOUT: We don't want to overload you with rules and checkout requirements. Please keep in mind this is not an investment property, this is our HOME. We kindly ask that you treat it with respect. Any missing items or damage to the property or our belongings will result in additional fees. FIRES: California is experiencing an extreme drought. While we have a firepit in the backyard, guests must use with caution. NEVER leave a fire unattended, and always put out when finished using. WILDLIFE: Our home is on the edge of a nature preserve and is a common thoroughfare for wildlife. We frequently hear/see deer, hawks, turkeys, and owls. Other less-desirable animals may be seen on occasion such as skunks and raccoons. We kindly ask you not to leave food outside or feed the wildlife! It may be harmful to them, it attracts pests and creates bad habits.
