Farmhouse on the riverside

Welcome in our cosy family house, surrounded by beautiful nature and water. Only 30 min from both Amsterdam & Utrecht & 50 min from The Hague, in the middle of the quiet and beautiful nature. Situated on the side of a river, we have a spacious garden with a trampoline and a private jacuzzi. You can swim in the river on our private landing stage. Children's toys are available, outside and inside. Recommended: boating, supping, swimming, fishing, hiking, bird-watching & enjoying the view. The space The house is a family house, located in the middle of the nature, on the riverside. The river is perfect for swimming and boating. A private farm, everything has been recently renovated and renewed. You have access to the entire house and entire garden, terrace and amenities. Ground floor: Entrance, living room/kitchen, toilet. High chair, toys, magazines and television are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 5-burner electric stove. Three ovens, of which a normal one, a grill and a small oven. A food processor, cookbooks and all necessary utensils. The living room is cozy with a spacious sofa, many children's toys and a television with more than 50 channels. Chromecast is available, so you can use it with your own subscription. The living room also has a fireplace. Conservatory with a large dining table, where you can sit and enjoy a view of the nature behind the farm. There are 5 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Two double beds and three single beds are available. Bed linen are not provided, you can bring you own but also rent a set of bed linen from us. The costs are €7,50 per person. If you want to use our bedlinen, please let us know and we will make up the beds before your arrival. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. There are no towels provided. You can bring you own or use our towels for €5 per person. You need to bring your own beach towels. Garden is fenced and very suitable for children. Trampoline with slide, sandpit and toys. Several terraces with table and chairs, pizza oven available. Covered Jacuzzi (without bubbles) available for an additionel price. Parking on site, boat trailer no problem. Guest access Arriving at our place, you can park your car(s) on our spacious yard. Then you enter the garden with our two terraces (always sunny), with a large dining table, pizza oven and jacuzzi. You have access to the entire house, garden and terraces. We charge a surcharge of €100 per weekend for the use of the jacuzzi. Other things to note For little children you must be aware of the river and the little canals. We have safety fences around the garden, but the river and little canals are in the neighbourhood of the house and yard. We charge a surcharge of €100 per weekend for the use of the jacuzzi.
