Our pet rent is as follows: 1-15 days $100 (included in reservation when pet is added) 16-31 days +$100 (paid separately prior to checkin) 32-47 days +$200 (paid separately prior to checkin) 48-63 days +$300 (paid separately prior to checkin) 64-79 days +$400 (paid separately prior to checkin) 80-95 days +$500 (paid separately prior to check in) >96 days, above pricing +$200 per additional month. The first $100 is included in your reservation cost when you include the pet in your reservation, any additional rents will be collected separately as stated above based on length of reservation. Guest is 100% responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required at checkout. Violation of any of the above rules could result in immediate cancellation of reservation without refund. Unauthorized pets will result in a $400 fee in addition to immediate cancellation without refund. Any pet waste left at checkout will result in an additional $150 waste disposal fee. ALL pet waste must be picked up prior to their arrival, and pet must be inside. $50 waste pickup fee will apply if not. Other things to note We may require a refundable incidentals fee, at our discretion. This is paid separately through Airbnb prior to checkin, and returned after checkout pending the space is left as found, and without damages, house rule violations or excessive cleaning needed. Stays exceeding 1 month require a cleaning service at a discounted rate. If your travel dates are uncertain, we do advise purchasing the offered travel insurance. Guests who wish to shorten their stay after booking would be subject to our cancellation policy.
