The space (*) IMPORTANT NOTES: - Starting October 1, 2024, the tourism levy tax of 4% per one booking will be collected and remitted by us to Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) of Alberta. (*) PET RULES: - The extra fee will be charged for EACH DOG together with an additional cleaning fee (to be negotiated if over than 2 dogs). - We love cat but we do apology, your cat will be welcome if the owner have the properly protect methods ( ie the furniture sheet covers, cat's claw's protector, cat's cage...) - Follow the other pet rules: + No pet on the furniture/bed AT 2ND FLOOR where are sleeping area. + Clean up your pet’s waste carefully at backyard if need. (We will charge an additional cleaning fee if pet waste is not cleaned up.) + Bowls in the kitchen + Dogs must be leashed + Before you leave, pls sweep any pet hair and dispose of waste in outside trash. (*) Other space Main floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen and library/office, access to deck. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms and lounge Basement and garage: owner's private living space with separate entrance, not accessible for guests Guest access Guests are able to to use the house's main floor and 2nd floor.
