LIVING AREA The open-concept living area is centered around a charming kiva-style gas fireplace, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV for movie nights. This space flows seamlessly into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. KITCHEN & DINING Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: Granite countertops Electric range Breakfast bar with seating for two Dining table with seating for six Keurig coffee maker (coffee and tea provided) Dedicated workspace for remote work or planning your adventures BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Primary Suite: A spacious room featuring a King bed, a Smart TV, and French doors that open directly to the pool patio. The ensuite bathroom is a personal spa with double sinks and a luxurious garden tub. Guest Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable Queen bed and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 2: Also includes a comfortable Queen bed and a ceiling fan. OUTDOOR OASIS Your private backyard is a true oasis designed for relaxation and fun: Sparkling private pool Cozy firepit for cool evenings BBQ grill and patio table for alfresco dining Lounge chairs and an umbrella for soaking up the sun Beautiful views of the distant mountains. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes: The entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. The private backyard, including the pool, patio, firepit, and BBQ grill. A full laundry room with a washer and dryer. Secure, keyless entry with a unique digital code provided for the duration of your stay. You can come and go as you please with complete privacy. Other things to note IMPORTANT PROPERTY DETAILS Pool & Hot Tub: The pool is not heated. The hot tub can be heated for an additional fee. There is a $25 one time start up fee and then $5/hr for as many hours as requested. Please notify us in advance if you would like to use this feature. For your safety, please swim at your own risk as no lifeguard is on duty. Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located at the front door (Ring doorbell), in front of the garage, and on the back porch. There are no cameras inside the home. Maintenance: To keep the pool pristine, our professional pool service visits once a week, typically on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Linens: We provide plenty of extra towels and pillows, which can be found in the primary and hall closets. If using the washer, please do not wash linens and towels in the same load to prevent damage. Patio Umbrellas: To prevent damage from unexpected high winds, please close the patio umbrellas after each use. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES (by 11:00 am) - Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. - Place all trash in the outdoor bins and move them to the curb. - If you brought a pet, please ensure all waste is picked up from the yard. - Set the thermostat to 75°F in summer or 65°F in winter. - Turn off all lights and ensure all windows and doors are locked. - Please leave the garage remote on the kitchen counter.
