We, Martin and Wemmie, live in an authentic Sallands cross-house farm from 1911 just outside the village of Olst aan de IJssel. We rent out the original front house as a vacation home. Here you can enjoy a spacious garden with plenty of privacy and wide views over the meadows. The Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Deventer and Zutphen are easy to visit by train or bicycle. Hiking trails start from the yard. It's wonderful to relax here. The space Our guest house has its own entrance and spacious parking lot. Fenced garden of over 400m2 with two terraces. The entrance has an original granite floor and from there you enter the living room with dining area. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner gas stove with oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and separate toilet. Behind the living room is a spacious bedroom with a double box spring with an unobstructed view over the meadows. On the first floor is another bedroom with 2 single box springs and a separate smaller room that is furnished as a reading room. The bicycles you bring can be placed in a private spacious shed. The beds are made for you upon arrival. Towels, bathrobes and kitchen textiles are waiting for you. Free use of our Wi-Fi network. Smoking is not allowed in the house and on the property. On part of the property, we keep chickens, sheep and lambs. For these reasons, pets are not allowed. Other things to note Pets are not allowed.
