Bright welcoming room 2 min from train station

A double room with large windows and a lot of day light near the station with free guest parking. Quite neighbourhood yet close to the High Street. 2 minutes to New Malden station. Strong wifi. The space you’ll be staying is my home. It is filled with love and small beautiful memories. Other guests have said that there is as warm and welcoming atmosphere to it. You can use the entire space in the kitchen however my belongings are in the cupboards. Some space is available. As I live there year round, I’m not able to clear out everything. Other notes: Please note that this is an old building from before the 1990s. There is some wear and tear in all areas including, but not limited to the outside area of the building, the staircase, front door, bathroom, living room/ bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen is not brand new. The bathroom is also not new and has a few permanent black stains which can’t be removed. Again, this is my private home with personal belongings etc. It is a standard London apartment. I have a professional cleaner but sometimes have to clean myself if timing doesn’t work out. The space is very clean. I never received any complaints. However, if you are looking for a dedicated Airbnb apartment ie a flat that is only used for Airbnb or brand new with no stains whatsoever or a hotel like experience than this is probably not the right choice for you.
