Warm Months: MAY-SEP 3 Kayaks, 2 Paddle Boards, Hot Tub in an under deck privacy nook, 2 Hammocks, Fishing Dock with Deck Chairs, and a Pontoon Boat (for use as 'dock living room' not for boating) Cold Months: NOV-MAR Admire cold/frozen lake from inside, or from the outdoor Hot Tub (with winter wind screen) The space Master bedroom with queen bed, TV, and private bathroom with shower and Bose Sound Touch music system. Second adult bedroom with queen bed and TV. Kids bedroom sleeps 4, with single over double bunk beds, additional pull out single bed, a TV, and docking station for Nintendo Switch video game consoles. Shared bathroom off hall with shower/tub. Laundry room with recent model full sized washer and dryer. Open concept kitchen and living room with TV, large windows for gorgeous lake views, and a Bose Sound Touch music system with switches to send audio outside to deck speakers. Nook off living room, which can be closed with curtains for a fourth sleeping area, contains a comfortable futon couch, an excercise treadmill, and a well stocked games cabinet. Large deck is almost close enough to the lake to catch fish from and has a three function grill (gas + charcoal + electric smoker). Under the high deck is a hot tub nook with privacy curtains. during warm months (MAY-SEP) there is an outdoor shower and two relaxing lake side hammocks. During the cold months (NOV-MAR) the hot tub still runs but has a transparent wind screen so you can still enjoy the lake view while protected from the wind. Dock in water during warm months (MAY-SEP) has a tied up pontoon boat which is not to leave the dock but is a nice "outdoor living room" to hang out right on the water. There are also kayaks available for guest to use, hanging under the deck. If you want to use a motor boat, Gene's Boat Rentals is just next door. Or you can bring your own boat, launch it at the nearby public launch, and tie it to our dock during your stay. Other things to note Please read the house rules. Specifically being aware of the HOT TUB RULES section concerning keeping it covered and problems that can occur with with the controls. This is espescially important in the winter and/or at night when the tub can lose heat quickly if left uncovered or the heater is turned off by kids playing with the controls.
