Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat. The space We will completely respect your privacy during the stay but we will also be close by if you need anything or have any enquiries during your stay. Feel free to go for a wander around our 6 acres or take a wander down to our river side access, please just be mindful if you go through any gates just close them after you go through. Guest access We have a long drive then you veer left and head down the hill a little but then turn right into the parking space . I will have a sign up to help direct you. please feel free to contact me if you are unsure upon arrival Other things to note You will have your own private access to the BBQ/Firepit area so you can wind down after a big day. We will supply a starter box of kindling, wood and firestarter for free then after that it will be $20 a bag or alternatively you can purchase some from local service station or local Bottlelo just down the road.
