It’s all about the location

The caravan is located in the upper parts of Llithfaen with direct access to the many paths leading up Yr Eifl and to Tre'r Cieri Hill Fort. The filming for parts of The House of the Dragon were filmed just the other side of the Yr Eifl With some amazing views of the peninsular this is a peacfull and quiet place to base your holiday. All the beaches of the Llyn Peninsular are within a few miles, Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn within 5 miles, all good beaches for Kayaking & paddle boarding The space The caravan has 2 bedrooms. One with a double the other 2 single beds, these can push together. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and toaster. The bathroom is a shower sink and toilet. The living room is south facing so gets the sun most of. the day and the views are amazing. Guest access There is an outside decking area with table and chairs and is lit both by a floodlight on a movement sensor as well as a chain of festoon lighting thats good for evenings sat outside. The garden is sizeable and you are welcome to have a wander around. We do have ducks and a couple of chickens that are free to wander as well, you will no doubt meet them, they're nosy and will come to say hello. Please don't feed them bread. If you have young ones with you then come and get some food of us and feed them that, you will have friends for life. There is a field to the rear of the garden that is ours, depending on when your visit is, there might be the opportunity to go up and have a campfire. The views are better than in the caravan. Please always shut the gate as there could be livestock in there. You are also welcome to use the stone fire pit in the garden at the back of the house, again it's an amazing vantage point with views of the Peninsular. Other things to note There is parking outside the caravan for one car if you have 2 vehicles please park one in the village and walk up the (steep) hill. There is a turning circle at the top of the road to turn your vehicle around. The drive where the caravan is located is only suitable for 4 wheel drive vehicles. Please keep the front gate shut as we get Goats from the mountain visiting us and given any opportunity they're in and shortly after the flowers gone. If you are smoking outside the van please don't throw and butts on the ground.
