This condominium complex has a total of 27 private residences most of which are long-term families or owners. CP3 has a very private feel, as it is situated amongst a lush garden and well-maintained grounds. It was refurbished in 2022, including new appliances. It is steps away from the pool/hot tub and beach. Guest access Guests have access to a free-form pool and hot tub. This is a family-friendly resort. There is an ample garden and lawn area which is unheard of along Seven Mile Beach. There is a fitness center on-site with free access for guests. The beach is situated at the most southern end of the famous Seven Mile Beach, is quiet, and has palm trees. There is great snorkeling at close offshore reefs via the breakwater lagoon at Sunset Cove, next door. Other things to note Deposit: 50% of stay with balance due on arrival. If cancellation or changes are received prior to 60 days in high season or 30 days in low season, the deposit less 4% service fee will be refunded.
