The apartment is modern, has a good standard and is 100 square meters, there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. The apartment is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. It is not accessible. The historic staircase has no straight steps, but must not be changed because it is a listed building. The space The location of the apartment is very convenient for all smaller activities on foot. You have short distances to restaurants, sports facilities or sightseeing in every direction. The entire old town is a short-term parking zone for 2 hours from 9 am to 7 pm! You can park in front of the house for 30 minutes at no cost. Outside the old town you can park for free for an unlimited time. The walk is only 5-10 minutes. Guest access Attention: In high summer temperatures, my entire apartment is also very warm! There is no air conditioning available! If you want to use the kitchen for cooking yourself, we have to agree on it. Basically, that's possible. Dinkelsbühl also offers some opportunities for wellness, sauna and sports, fitness, yoga. Other things to note The nearest highway access to the A7, Ulm:Würzburg is 11 km away. The A6 Nuremberg:Heilbronn highway is 20 km away.
