The guest apartment is on the lowest floor of a three storey family house (one family only) in a quiet neighborhood of an affluent municipality near the city of Zurich. The property is located on a hill (610m / 2000 ft) and offers from the garden nice views into the valley. The apartment's kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Parking is easy, on the property two outside parking spaces are availabe free of charge (one covered) The space The very cozy apartment consists of a spacious living and dining room with a dining table, sofa, and armchairs, as well as a TV with more than 500 TV channels and Wi-Fi for Youtube, Netflix, etc., a fully equipped kitchen, up to 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 7 guests (see below), a laundry room with wardrobe, and 3 bathrooms or toilets. The apartment also includes a private garden (lawn, bushes, trees) that invites for example, for dining and relaxing with separate dining and lounge areas. Guest access The apartment is available with up to three bedrooms, depending on the number of guests. The sleeping arrangements include one king-size bed (180x200 cm), two queen-size beds (160x200 cm each), and one single bed (90x200 cm). • For 1-2 guests: 1 bedroom is provided • For 3-5 guests: 2 bedrooms are provided • For 6-7 guests: 3 bedrooms are provided In addition, regardless of the number of guests, you will have access to a separate shower, a separate toilet, and a combined bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin. Other things to note The location is exceptionally convenient for business travelers, visitors, and tourists alike. Travel times by car (excluding rush hours) are approximately: • 20 minutes to Zurich Airport • 15 minutes to Zurich city center and Lake Zurich • 25 minutes to Zug • 40 minutes to Lucerne Despite its quiet, idyllic, and rural setting, the property offers excellent access to major highways in three different directions, all reachable within 4-5 minutes. Public transportation is also readily available. A regular bus service connects to Zurich city center, with transfers to trains after a few stops. The bus stop is a 6-8 minute walk from the property. Please note that the footpath is quite steep, which may pose a challenge for guests with luggage, especially elderly guests arriving without a car or rideshare service and planning to use public transport. It is advisable for such guests to consider arranging vehicular transport on arrival and departure days.
