Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We have furnished it for your convenience - come and make it your home immediately! Warm and cozy for a couple traveling nurses or a family. Basic three bedroom house. Living room, small dining with expandable table, kitchen with all the equipment and appliances needed to make a home. The spacious bedrooms each have adequate closet space and uncrowded floor space. Bedroom #1 has a double bed, two closets, a dresser, a rocking chair plus a desk with wood chair. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a closet and dresser and two nightstands with lamps. Bedroom #3 has a larger closet, a futon (twin size), cedar chest, book case, rocking chair. This can be a guest room or for a child or play room. Big bathroom with tub/shower and large cabinet builtin for plenty of storage. Laundry room is shared with Airbnb suite tenant, and has a washer and dryer and large sink. Cleaning supplies are included as sample size - depending on length of stay. As monthly renters, you will need to provide most of your own toiletries and cleaning supplies. However, sample sizes are available. The parking is shared with an AirBnb converted garage suite, so two spaces are available for you and one for him/her. More parking allowed on the street. The large maturely landscaped yard area is available for use. The shared back yard is large enough for volleyball or yard games as well as a BBQ on patio deck and fire pit in the yard. Because there is an AirBnb Studio in the converted garage space, the parking will be shared, and the laundry room is shared. There is a small kitchenette also built into the laundry room for the other tenant. Usually I rent to traveling nurses so they are seldom around, most likely quiet and considerate. There is a locked separation door between your living area and the shared laundry. We live in the area, so will be available when needed. Very quiet neighbourhood -- the neighbours are friendly! Not far to a fine riverfront park which has beautiful soccer and baseball fields, bocce ball courts, chip trails for running, and river access. There is a public bus stop at the end of the block near the 7-11 store (buses are free in Corvallis). Nice bike trails are all over. We are just outside of the downtown part of Corvallis, but in fully residential area. We want to accommodate the longer renter as well as the shorter. If someone wants to rent for more than a few months, we may want to discuss rent and utilities.
