The space Located in an upscale gated community, You would have a dedicated living space, dining area and uninterrupted views of the Mussoorie hills from both the bedroom as well as the patio space. Sleeping Space 🛌 : The bedroom provides an ideal space to accommodate 2 adults and a child thanks to its beautiful queen bed, oil-filled heater, fresh linens, and duvet. The orthopedic memory foam mattress (my favourite) is equipped to offer supportive cushioning and shield against neck and back pain. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, so the apartment can easily sleep 4. Extra linens and a duvet have been provided for the sofa bed Bathroom 🚽 : The apartment has 1 bathroom that comes fully stocked with all the essentials - fresh towels, toilet paper, hand-wash, body-wash, shampoo and more - plus uninterrupted hot water supply for those long and therapeutic showers. Your Workation Corner 👩‍💻: A designated study space with an ergonomic height adjustable office chair that provides lumbar support is located in the bedroom. The apartment has a consistent power supply with round-the-clock backup. The router is connected to a UPS to provide continuous internet for your zoom calls because it takes a few minutes for the backup to kick on when there is a power loss. 100 MBPS Wi-Fi + Guaranteed Uninterrupted Zoom calls + View of Mussorie hills + Abundance of nature = A Perfect Workation Kitchen 👨‍🍳: A state of the art chimney, a four-burner gas stove, copper enriched water purifier, electric kettle and enough crockery for a family are all included in the kitchen. Along with the standard cooking necessities, it is always stocked with coffee, milk powder and tea. You can cook all delicacies at home without even having to step out to buy vegetables and dairy items which can get delivered right to your doorstep. Yes, Zomato & Swiggy both offer delivery services here. Laundry 🧺: Laundry has also been made simple thanks to the apartment's fully automatic washing machine, detergent, drying rack, and an iron. Dry cleaning services are provided by a laundromat that is directly across from the Estate's main entrance. There is also an on-call person who can pick up and iron your garments. Entertainment 🎶: The entertainment is extremely on point and time flies by here quickly thanks to a 32" Smart TV, 400+ TV channels, and OTT apps like Netflix & Prime. Need more? Ask Alexa to play your favourite songs. Reach out to me if you require anything, such as housekeeping services during your stay, a cook, a rental bike, or a car, and I'll take care of it. You can book with confidence knowing that everything you require is taken care of. Guest access Access to any of the Community’s amenities like Swimming pools, Gyms etc. are only for residents and guests are not permitted to access common area facilities. We don’t advertise any such amenity nor provide access to them. Other things to note 1. We provide a lockbox outside the apartment door where the keys are kept along with a contactless check-in option. On the day of your check-in, we will provide you a 4-digit code to unlock the lockbox. 2. Outside the front door of the apartment, there is a 24/7 security camera recording with 2 way communication system. 3. The apartment is situated on ground floor. There are no stairs to climb, in order to get to the unit. 4. There is a personal covered parking space for your car/bike. We do not host groups consisting solely of males or females, as per the regulations of our housing society. Solo male travelers, solo females, couples, and families are all welcome.
