The space Located between Noto and Pachino surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and near large sandy beaches, Casa Cristina has a large terrace and inviting swimming pool which have the most spectacular views of the nearby Vendicari nature reserve and the azure Mediterranean beyond. Casa Cristina is five kilometres away from the large and unspoilt sandy beach of Cidadella (part of Vendicari ) but for those who like a large sandy beach with facilities such as cafes, sunbeds and umbrellas a couple of kilometres further on lies the popular resort of San Lorenzo. The house was completed in 2011 and consists of the main accommodation and a smaller self contained annexe making this ideal for sharing couples and families or even a larger family with grandparents who may like their own space some of the time! The annexe is only ever rented along with the main house. The accommodation in the main house consists of a large living area with dining- room, kitchen and fireplace; a double bedroom (bed 1.60m wide) with en-suite bathroom and a further two bedrooms (1 double bed 1.60m wide & 1 bed 1.40m wide) with a shared bathroom. The annexe is accessed from the swimming pool area via a staircase and consists of a living/ sleeping area (with one double bed 1.60 m wide), kitchen and bathroom. In front of it is a terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a wonderful view toward the sea. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire property (including the pool). Other things to note If the house is booked only from 6 persons, only the main house is rented. If your are 8 persons the main house with the annex is available.
