House between lakes and mountains

Ideally located between lakes and mountains, you will be 20 minutes from Lake Aix les Bains and 30 minutes from Lake Annecy, but also 30 minutes by car from the Semnoz and Revard resorts. Whether you are relaxing by the lake or a hiking enthusiast, our region is a real treasure with landscapes, each more beautiful than the last. The space This non-smoking house offers a beautiful living room with open kitchen, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom and 4 bedrooms. It sleeps 8. A childcare assistant by profession, the house is equipped with a baby bed, baby bed, high chair, various toys for children. Please let me know if you need anything. We have a large fully fenced garden with swing, slide, soccer cages, and also a pétanque court. Everything comes together for a pleasant stay. For the summer period, you can also enjoy our above-ground swimming pool, size 5.90*3.95 m and 130 cm deep. Garden furniture and barbecue available on site to enjoy your outdoor meals on our terrace protected from the sun by an electric blind. Other things to note We have a small chicken coop in the back of the house with 4/6 chickens. You will be responsible for opening them in the morning, feeding them and closing them in the evening. In exchange for this service, our hens will be happy to offer you good eggs.
