The Bothy has been uniquely designed to give you a welcoming , comfortable stay. Just five minutes walk from the centre of the village of Forest Row with its wonderful collection of coffee shops, pubs , gift shops, restaurants and takeaways . The Bothy is also close to some great walking , especially on the Ashdown Forest , home to Winnie The Pooh ! A dedicated , traffic free cycle and walking path is just up the road , bicycles are available . A truly peaceful retreat awaits you . The space A unique ground floor annex located under a quiet home with private entrance and parking with patio and garden area. The Bothy features a beautiful conservatory/living area that has an electric fire, Tv and a lovely view of the garden. Large master bedroom with cozy furnishings and a king sized bed and large wardrobe. Well appointed kitchen featuring a full sized dishwasher, twin oven and induction hob as well as a stand-alone fridge/freezer. The characterful adjoining dining area has a good sized table. The Bothy also features a Walk in shower room with toilet . Brightly lit entrance hallway with shoe storage area and coat rack. There is also a cozy snug located in the centre of the property with maps , guides of the area and a 32” TV, perfect to relax in after a day in Forest Row! Exclusive use of large patio plus a fire pit/bbq area . We only ask for a small £5 donation for logs. Free use of bicycles also available. Discount for 1 week or more stays. Also bookings for 1 night accepted . Guest access Ground floor, patio, garden and driveway Other things to note We are a quiet family of 3 who live above the annex. We can offer bicycles to you to use to get around the village or explore the local countryside . Fire pit/ bbq available (£5 donation for logs) . Exclusive use of patio and fire pit area . I provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk to get you started as well as a small treat ! I have stated in leaving please strip the beds . If this is something you find hard to do or you run out of time please don’t worry .
