Jenolan Luxury Farm Stay in Blue Mountains

Forget your worries at this serene rural homestead, centrally located to Blue Mountains attractions, Jenolan Caves, Megalong and Kanimbla Valleys, Coxs River fishing and swimming, 6 foot track, Wolgan Valley, Oberon and Mayfield Gardens. A scenic 2 hour drive from Sydney. Hampton Halfway Hotel and pub a scenic 10 minute drive down the road. Jenolan Caves a further 25 minutes. Local shopping in Lithgow, 15 minutes drive. The space Sumptuous accommodation for up to a maximum of 12 people, including adults and children. Well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and butlers' pantry, spacious open-plan living and dining areas and 2 generous bathrooms. A foosball table, board games, TV with streaming and WiFi will keep all entertained. Relax around the outdoor fire pit toasting marshmallows and star gazing, or cosy by the indoor wood burner with a book. Meet our flock of sheep, miniature goats and chooks. Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private ensuite – sleeps 2 Bedroom 2: Queen bed – sleeps 2 Bedroom 3: 2 x bunk beds – sleeps 2 Bedroom 4: 2 x bunk beds – sleeps 2 Bedroom 5: Queen bed – sleeps 2 Guest access Guests have full access to the upper paddock, gardens, driveway and parking bays around the homestead (~3.5 acres). Machinery shed remains locked for security. Guests can enjoy scenic views over the dams and lower paddock. Guests can meet and feed our sheep, dwarf goats and chooks from outside their enclosures which remain locked for animal security. However 'Bert' the goat roams the entire property freely and loves meeting guests, being hand fed, cuddled and patted! He will keep children (and grown ups) entertained for hours! Just be careful that he doesn't follow you out the driveway! You might expect to see three female sheep wandering around the house at times. They may come near the house but are usually shy with people and will not bother guests. Guests are welcome to feed them bread / weet bix. In wet weather or overnight, these sheep sometimes shelter under the covered verandahs of the house, sometimes leaving some droppings here. We've left a large broom near the bins in case you need to sweep the pathways or outdoor dining area of sheep droppings. Even though these sheep are very unlikely to wander onto the street, it is best to keep the driveway gate closed at all times when not in use. Other things to note Guests, please note that this is a rural property with grounds and gardens under development. There are areas of uneven terrain that require some caution especially with children running around or in the dark. An orchard is planted adjacent to the homestead with deep planting holes excavated and yet to be filled. The base room rate covers up to 6 people. For additional guests over 6 ， there will be an extra guest fee of $80 per day per person. For security reason, we have installed security cameras outside of our house. Electric Vehicle Charging Policy If you are driving an electric vehicle and wish to use the property’s electricity to charge your car, please note that a $15 fee per charge (per car, per use) applies.
