✨ My cosy Newquay home is available for a peaceful family stay. Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s perfect for 3 guests (on request we can offer a spare bed in the single room). Walk to the Boating Lake, Zoo, and town. Enjoy a king bed, large single, open-plan living, a wraparound garden, sunny front decking, and your own private garden sauna. Some personal items remain, but there’s plenty of space to settle in. A relaxed, homely base for your Cornish getaway. The space King bed in main bedroom. Single in other room. Family bathroom upstairs and shower room. Downstairs small toilet. Open plan living and kitchen. Wrap around back garden. Trampoline. SAUNA Linen and towels provided. Full cooking and kitchen facilities. Smart TV with Amazon prime, Netflix and Disney+. Large L shape sofa. Front decking (sun trap) Guest access Whole House Other things to note I do own two cats which will be roaming sometimes in the garden. During your stay the cat flap will be locked and the cats will sleep in the garage. The ginger one is called Simba and the Siamese is called Puff. They are extremely friendly. I will need access to the garage which doesn’t disturb your stay as it is detached to feed them. There maybe some personal items still left in some kitchen drawers.
